Dialed Weekly is operated by Zode Development LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use dialedweekly.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter. This is the only information our signup form asks for.
• Usage data — standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools described below.

How we use it

• To send you the Dialed Weekly newsletter and occasional related updates from us.
• To understand how people find and use the site, including measuring the effectiveness of our advertising.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the performance of ads that link to this site. The pixel may set cookies and share usage data with Meta Platforms, Inc. When you subscribe, we also send Meta a signup event from our server that includes a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address, your IP address, browser type, and the ad click identifier if you arrived from an ad, so Meta can match the signup to the ad. Meta does not receive your plain email address from us. You can learn about Meta's data practices at facebook.com/privacy/policy and manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Email service

Newsletter subscriptions are stored and emails are delivered by Resend (resend.com), which processes your email address on our behalf. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your email address with third parties except the service providers named above, which process it solely on our instructions.

Data retention and your rights

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email, or contact us at hello@dialedweekly.com to access, correct, or delete your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honor requests made under them.
